I used to answer all of the questions on eBay with my name and then my eBay ID.
Lately I have been getting phishing emails looking for information about me.
I have stopped adding my name to any such email in response to a question.
This morning I got a Paypal phishing email... with my actual name on it.
One can define these as "strange buyers''..... However, they may be looking for your name...
It is too easy to go to the internet and track down who you are.... using just your name
Some sellers like you do indicate where your business is located, and how you may be reached.
In contrast ... For many of us some measure of control upon who knows us and our personal identity, should be undertaken...

About that "Paypal" email
My account was checked by going directly to my Paypal account, and no problems were indicated.
Never... Never.... use the phishing email to access your Paypal... or... eBay account
People are always trying to access ... hijack ... Paypal or eBay accounts.... by having you access an account through a phishing email

I get those messages once in a while. I will either reply that the price listed is the best price that I can offer right now or I might tell them they are welcome to make an offer but that I only have a limited amount of room to move the price. Those non requested 'offers' can be annoying sometimes but people just want to deal, they don't mean any harm so I reply politely.
