the item has been received by buyer but tracking number wont work to release money?

I sold my item numark ns 7 and the transaction has gone through feedback has been left on both sides of transaction and users are happy with transaction, the tracking number 0135593000781550 works on the canada post website but not throught ebay....therefore the buyer has item but my funds on paypal have not been released

Hi evangreene.. know that PP will not release funds earlier than 3 days from delivery date.  If you can't upload tracking , after delivery + 3 , call and request an early release of funds. Use the reason that you are unable to upload. Have the # on hand.
