Make sure that the site is actually Paypal by checking the secure link in your browser. Some spoof emails look exactly like paypal and are only phishing for your account number information. Keep a good track of your account. Also if you think it is a bad paypal site run a virus scan in safe mode before entering paypal as a safety to ensure that your machine is clean.
If it happens again send the email into paypal spoof as a precaution.
