I am having the same issues tonight.
I found that if i click on Leave This Page a couple of times & then list, it seems to work.
Have never seen this previously, glad I'm not the only one experiencing this glitch.
Wondering if we should post this on Seller Central.

Has anyone learned how to disable that webpage message? I think it is from Internet Explore and only appeared after my update 2 days ago. VERY frustrating as it adds FURTHER steps and delays in listing items

Last night was ebay's scheduled maitenance, which usually disturbs things.
Try again later.

Has anyone tried listing today ?
Is anyone else encountering the same problem ?
Never had this happen previously.
Surplus could be right, scheduled maitenance could have caused a disturbance.
Was first mentioned in Seller Listing Tools last night.

I have listed several items this morning with no problem.
Have you tried the emptying cache and rebooting the computer?
I sometimes have problems when using IE, Firefox works better for me.

"Has anyone tried listing today ?"
Yes. No problem at all.

Same thing is happening tonight.
Try to relist an item pop up appears from Windows Internet Explorer " Are You Sure You Want To Leave This Page
Two Options Leave This Page or Stay On This Page.
You click on Leave This Page the item is relisted. Did not try the Stay On This Page Option.
To edit a listing you have to click on Leave This Page three or four times to able to edit the listing.
There was a Windows Update a couple of days ago, perhaps this has something to do with it.
Any ideas how to eliminate this update ?

Having a devil of a time revising listings with this annoying pop up.
Cache has been cleaned.
Is this a problem at eBays end ?
Only problem i have is when i try to list or revise a listing.
Hopefully the ones that were having the same problem will reappear.

BB there was a reply to your post on thecompter ,com board. I tried the suggested solution but it didn't work for me.

Suggested fix
open Internet Explorer, click on tools> internet options> security tab> Select the zone you use for eBAy.>click on custom level in the center of the dialogue box...
settings appear on scrolldown list: scrolldown to Misc - Access data sources accross domains, change from prompt to enable...this will allow the page change without the prompt
