Have you sent an invoice.  A day or 2 is not unusual.

Can file an unpaid dispute after 4 days..

In addition to buyers who are a little slow to pay, you may still be working with the 21Day Hold on transactions with new sellers. Or the buyer may have paid, but with an e-cheque which has not yet cleared.

Send a second invoice late on Day 3. If he does not pay promptly then, start an Unpaid Item Dispute.
