when can i get my item it is more then one month i orderd

i am trying to contact ebay for my complain but couldn't post message i ordered my item before more then 45 days dealer says close case first then they are sending my item i need it for christmas decoration

Open an Item Not Received case. Do it now, before it's too late. With paypal. Ignore any message from the seller asking you to wait.

Act immediately.

If the seller cannot prove that you have received the item, he will be required to refund you. If he doesn't , Paypal will and go after him for their money. He will not like what that entails.

Normally it takes about 7 -10 for an item to arrive from Europe.

It takes about 10-20 days for arrival from North America.

It takes about 20-30 days from Asia.

But that doesn't include the busy holiday period. It is common wisdom to order before November 15 for arrival before Christmas. Or even November first.
