when i check a category to list in, i get a red notice asking me to select a category. its not reading what i chose.

when i check a category to list in, i get a red notice asking me to select a category. its not reading what i chose. is it an ebay thing or have i not done something right?

This is an ebay thing. Just recheck the category you want and continue. Sometimes you have to do this a couple of times. I don't know why, but it happens.
