where,s the customer insurance money back guarantee that Ebay is claiming???

I ordered an item on  Ebay to one of their registered seller, So this is my case, I ordered an item and its been 3 weeks already and still nothing, I have check the seller on ebay and found out that the sellers account on Ebay were already closed as  per EBAY and ebay telling me to email the seller and work it out with him.. How can I do that and in the First place the reason that i'm using ebay is the Customer money back guarantee that EBAY were claiming. I am so upset after filing lots of case in their Resolution center and still giving me a dead end and now EBAY telling me that my case were OVERDUE. This is really frustrating where do I go from here...

You can make an Item-Not-Recieved (INR) claim on eBay in the 30 days starting after the last estimated delivery date.

When the ebay 30-day MoneyBack Guarantee has passed, go to Paypal and their Resolution Centre to open an Item Not Received claim.

If you are finding that many of your items are not arriving, either you need to contact Canada Post about a problem with mail delivery OR to you need to re-exmaine your Purchase History to avoid sellers with poor feedback or sketchy track records.

Stick to domestic or top-rated sellers and I think you'll see better results.

Log into your paypal account and open the dispute with paypal.

As said above, you go to Paypal.

The PP Resolution Centre is at the top of your PP account page under Tools.

Copy the number of your PP transaction into the Dispute.

The first suggestion is to contact the seller.

It's a suggestion not a demand.

So escalate to a Claim.

the sellers account on Ebay were already closed as  per EBAY

In your PP Claim state that the seller is Not A Registered User.

This will speed up your refund.

If you did not pay through PP, go instead to the 1-800 number on the back of the credit card you did pay with and ask the customer service clerk about a chargeback.

She will need the dates, payments and transaction numbers, so be prepared.
