why are my purchases being deleted before I receive them

I have made some purchases but they are slowly being deleted by Ebay please stop this as I haven't received them yet and now cant make a dispute as the information is now lost.

Hi johan_jung,

These items shouldn't be deleted - have you checked your Purchase History folder? If eBay removes them for legitimate reasons, ie, Policy Violations, we'd send you an email to this effect.
