I have recently sold 2 items on ebay.
The shipping amount shows on the shipping label.
I print my label thru ebay. Please understand
I login to ebay and I click on print shipping label. The paypal website comes up. I login and I enter all the information and click print.
The shipping label prints with the name of the buyer and it prints the amount I PAID for shipping.
The customer actually sees the shipping amount
What do I do?
Can you imagine that this is a tiny detail that could create conflict between me and my buyers?
Can anyone help me? please

If you are going by what you say in your listings
why should there be any conflict.
I try to be fair. I do NOT include extra fees on shipping my items.
The shipping costs you see, is what Canada Post is charging.
Customer service is very important to me.
I want you to be happy with your purchase.

If you ship from the Post Office or put the stamps
on yourself it also show how much postage was
with the exception of the taxes and gas charge.

If you buy discount postage, which is offered by many seller here on eBay, your buyer will see the value of the postage, but not what you paid for it.
This discount can cover your other costs like packaging, insurance, and taxes.
When did PP stop Stealth Postage? It was one of the things I liked about using PP shipping labels, since postage is only part of the cost of shipping.
