why my item located in Canada does not show up on eBay.com?

I have put an item for sale that is located in Canada and used ebay.ca to do the inscription.

Now why it does not show up on eBay.com.  the product is listed un US$.

It doesn't show up on ebay.com because your listing are ship to Canada only. To show up on ebay.com you have to put in ships to the USA and a shipping cost and method of shipping.

The item is very heavy so it has to be shipped by truck so I mentionned local pickup only
