Asendia US WRONGLY managed the label for my package and BY MISTAKE, put the wrong label on my package (electronics) going now to Germany and my label on the the wrong package (Nike jacket) that I received on April 19th in Canada.
I was able to pull off the label on the package I received and I found the original eBay Order#, Tracking# in Germany, via Switzerland.
My package containig electronics is now in Germany, and I received in Canada his Nike jacket the guy is waiting for in Germany ! Nice "switch" you've done ASENDIA !
Does anyone have an email or Phone # for ASENDIA Hub Glendale Heights IL ?
Thanks in advance.

Don't worry about the other guy.
Let's solve your problem.
You purchased electronics. You got a Nike Jacket.
Open an Not As Described Dispute with eBay.
You may be sent a Return Shipping Label (or not). If you are use it and return thejacket.
When it is received you will be refunded.
Don't get involved with who is at fault.
Just get your money back.
Note. If this went through eBay's eIS program it is possible that they will not ask for the return of the jacket.
It becomes yours to wear, donate, or present to your kid -or grandmother- as a present.
EBay has a MONEY Back Guarantee.
Make sure your Claim is for Not As Described.

For what it's worth, the eBay International Shipping (eIS) system uses a number of different carriers. For your item, it used Asendia, but DHL has also come up on these boards as a possible.
Your beef isn't with Asendia but the worker at the eIS hub who put Asendia labels on the wrong packages after eIS arranged with Asendia to handle them.
