Advice from experienced ebayers please

I have been communicating with a seller for over 3 weeks now and still have not received my item.  At this point I am extremely fed up and go to explore my options on e-bay but as the buyer as now strung me out over 60 days I seem to find out I have none.  Is this correct?  thanx to anyone responding

You have up to 45 days from payment to put in an item not received claim with paypal. If you paid with a credit card through Paypal, you can phone your credit card company to file a chargeback.

You could try phoning ebay and complaining about it as they sometimes will give a courtesy refund from their own funds.

Paypal and eBay limit their Buyer Protection to 45 days.

Your credit card has a longer deadline.

Go to the credit card you really paid from (PP is just the mediator). Phone their 1-800 number and ask for a chargeback. Have the dates, payment amounts and transaction numbers handy for the clerk to process your refund.

And be more assertive next time. If your item hasn't arrived within 40 days and the seller is not refunding, start that Dispute.
