Hello. I bought recently an "Alita Battle Angel" movie 'themed' item on e-bay.

Does that mean...that the 'movie' company will get a cut of the profits?

Only if it was a licensed product and not a fake.

They would have gotten some money from the original sale to the seller- or person they got the product from. Sold on ebay-unless it's the company themselves like Disney-they don't get any money from the ebay seller.
