Best way to go about my purchase

Hello there,

I recently bought a HP Spectre x360 16 from a seller in china. All was going well and even though the communication was slow and I would only get short sentences to my questions...at least I got some answers.

The seller promised to ship out the product a week after payment, which was on Sept 27 which he did but...

...Since then there has been no update on the tracking information of the laptop (stuck at shipping data recieved) and no communication from the seller. No worries, overseas orders can take a while. The worrying part is that the listing has expired and I have tried to look everywhere to find it but it is just gone.

The delivery date is set for Nov 1st after which I'll file a dispute with ebay but what is the best way to go about it? At this point I'm fairly certain that I won't get the laptop but I don't want to jump the gun and be rash about it.

Tips will be appreciated!

There is a "See Orders from:" setting you can adjust if the purchase is not showing.

Or do you mean that the order detail shows as "(Removed item)"  -- which usually means ebay has flagged the Seller as a problem.

November 2 you should start your ebay dispute for item not received and get your money back.
