Sorry if this has been covered..  Ebay is impossible to contact nowadays so I will see what you guys think?

I was waiting to pay for a 500 dollar order till there was a 5 per cent ebay bucks promo.

I activated the promo and paid for the items.

Only got 1 per cent.

Checked the fine print and sharks teeth arent there as an exception and there isnt anything close there.

I'm pretty miffed!!!

I have noticed that there is sometimes a time delay between activating and the eBucks promo rate showing on the sale page.
