Someone got into my account, buying and shipping items to an address on the other side of the country. I have only used ebay once in the past week.
I have changed my log in info and removed default payment info. Two items have shipped, more are demanding payment info.
I cannot reach customer service, none of the phone numbers are working, providing a number for customer service to call me does not work.
What can I do, what should I do?

July 4 is a holiday in the USA so support staff might be a bit low.
Contact all the sellers that have not been paid and ask them to cancel the orders. Contact link will be with each of the fake purchases (More Actions dropdown menu).
Go to paypal and contact them regarding this problem (if payments were taken from paypal).

Payment is almost more important than the order.
How were these paid? Do you have a PP account or did they somehow access your credit card?
If you used PP, the hackers did not access your card or bank account. PP is very secure.

For the 2 items that are shipped already, if there are tracking numbers, you may be able to contact the shipping co and have them reversed before the scammer gets them.
Do you have a name and address of the destination? If so, contact the local PD
