I hope you have been opening (and winning ) Item Not Received Disputes against these sellers.

Leaving feedback to warn future customers is polite, but doesn't address the real problem.

EBay will give a Defect to a non-shipping seller, but only if they know about it.

While one or two of these Disputes might be a he said/she said situation, 'too many' and eBay will close the scammer down.

The eBay ResolutionCentreis at the bottom of this page.

Don't bother with thefirst suggestion, to Contact the Seller, in this case it won't be useful.

Ask eBay to step in and Escalate to a Claim.

If the scammer seller cannot prove Delivery (not shipping, Delivery) you will be refunded.

If the 30 days past expected date of delivery has passed, you can instead make your claim on Paypal.

The PP Resolution Centre is at the top of your PP account page under Tools.

The system is basically the same.

No Proof of Delivery-- you will be refunded.

Now let's address the actual problem.

Your sellers may be only one seller with multiple IDs.

Your sellers may all be dropshipping from the same supplier, who is out of stock.

And of course, the scammer seller may never have had any suitcases, just a photograph and a description.

READ THE FEEDBACK.

Anything under 98% feedback is very poor. For Asian sellers, make that under 99%.

And if it sounds too good to be true, it's too good to be true.

Look for patterns in the negative and neutral feedback, "not received", "poor communication", " low quality", and the one that fools many newbies "prompt refund".

"Prompt refund" often shows up in positive and neutral FB, and can mean that the seller's practice is to take the money, send nothing, and refund the few customers who complain.  Not a good thing.

Luggage from china

If zero of 25 transactions on luggage from China have been successful, may I suggest instead choosing a luggage seller from Canada or at least North America?
