I bidded on two trading cards lot a few days ago from the same seller and i just noticed one of them have totally disapeared. Any idea of why this happenning? I read that it's eBay who removed it or i would still see the listing as ended if it was the seller who cancelled his auction. And thateBay removing listings is either because it's illegal listing or a suspectful seller. The listing was just a typical cards listing... Should i be worried about the seller and my bid on his other listing??

I forgot to say that the starting price is like $1 + $100 flat shipping and this is another suspicious thing to me... Any reason to do that? Seller have good feedbacks, i want the auction but i'm worried to bid... Should i be alarmed by one auction getting removed and the suspicious pricing on the other?

I'm not sure why your bid and the listing would disappear for one but if the other is showing $100 flat shipping on a $1 starting price item I would definitely be alarmed and steer clear of this seller!
When bidding or buying an item you are agreeing to the shipping amount they have posted with the listing!
I would cancel/retract your bid while you still can!
I would say yes, you should be alarmed!

Seller have 99.5% and over 200 feedbacks don't he should be trustable? What's the worst that could happen don't we are protected by eBay on shipping cost too as buyer?

The feedbacks alone don't necessarily show trustable though if he has that many he'd be more trusted than say someone with zero!
To be safe at least ask what the shipping charge is, since he has it at $100. If he doesn't respond that show's him to also be untrustworthy. What country is it? Some sellers plump shipping to avoid selling to countries they don't want to.
We are protected by eBay if we don't receive our item or if not as described but I don't know of any rule about being protected from shipping costs. My understanding is the seller can chose the shipping amount, eBay doesn't dictate a maximum (at least I don't think so!)
Worse case if you win, don't pay unless the shipping charge is adjusted.

Shipping cost is like $25 max, i know it from buying similar things and doing researchs myself. Seller is canada too. I think it's just a pricing strategy. Instead of starting the auction $75 + $25, he tought he would attract more by starting at $0.99 + $100 shipping. But it still comes with worries, i don't know if there is cases where in a refund or a return that seller only give back the item price and keep shipping maybe

Although the $100 shipping* charge is "eBay legal", it is a red flag that the seller is trying to cheat the system.
It is also a warning that he is dumb and ignorant.
Dumb because he thinks his customers won't notice. It is a smart man who knows what he does not know. He thinks his customers are as unaware of online selling norms as he is. Dunning-Kruger Effect at play.
Ignorant because he will be charged fees on that $100 selling charge. That policy changed more than a decade ago. But he followed advice from some scammy YouTube video and was too dumb to notice how out of date it was.
*Shipping cost is never related to the value of the goods. It is based on the carrier's costs based on dimensions, weight, destination and level of service.
So an item that sells for $10 may be bulky or heavy enough to cost $50 to ship and international tracking may add even more to the cost.

I contacted him about the one being cancelled and he said he had wrong description and he also wanted to add more pictures at the same time. This is so awful... My chances to win it low are throwed. His auctions are going very low and seems unseen. I'm not sure he did cancelled, don't we are supposed to see the listings as ''ended'' if it was him and not a step in from eBay? I received none notice at all, everything just disapeared
His other auction going very low so i really wanna snipe it. But it's not the most trustable situation... If he say the truth and cancelled the first, nothing tell me that he won't cancel the other if it's won too low for what he want...

He can cheat the system, at the moment he don't cheat me lol
