Hello,
I purchased some curtains on June 2 and they were never delivered to me. The delivery company said they had delivered them but I did not receive them. When I contacted the delivery company they told me they could not make delivery and they were returning the item to the seller. I contacted the seller and exchanged some information regarding the shipping and the conversation was left where the seller would contact me when they received the curtains back. I never heard from them again. I messaged them twice since then but now I am locked out of messaging them since it's been "too long". I also cannot leave feedback. I am very frustrated and out over $100 without receiving anything. Is there any recourse?

You may want to call the courier company again and confirm return delivery to shipper? Also do some digging and see if you can locate a phote number and call them directly if you are not getting a response with emails.

Did you pay with paypal?
You can open an Item-Not-Received case there for up to 180 days after your purchase.

You do have Buyer Protection when purchasing on eBay.
EBay itself gives you 30 days from delivery (or last estimated date for delivery) to open a Dispute in the Resolution Centre at the bottom of this page.
But you have missed that deadline.
But you paid with Paypal- Yay!
Paypal allows 180 days from payment for a Dispute.
The PP Resolution Centre is at the top of your PP account page under Tools.
Open an Item Not Received Dispute.
The first suggestion is to Contact the Seller.
But you have already done that, so move on to Escalate the Dispute to a Claim.
The seller is required to provide proof that the purchase was delivered (not shipped, delivered).
If he cannot do that, you will be refunded.
But you are a new member.
It's possible you bought directly with your credit card.
This was processed through PP, but don't worry about that.
Go to the 1-800 number on the back of your card and ask about a chargeback.
Have all your transaction information handy- purchase number, PP payment number, currency, payment amount, dates, etc. because the clerk can't see that information.
Card deadlines and standards vary, so with a card you won't be able to get much advice here.
BTW- Disputes should be handled in that order: eBay then Paypal then credit card, because if you skip one, the ones ahead of the one you actually use will no longer consider your case.

Too late -- you could try the credit card you back your Paypal account with, but that's pretty unlikely.
Did you never notice the two links at the bottom of almost every eBay page : Help& Contact and Resolution Centre?

Always remember. Your item may have been shipped. Once it's out of the seller's hands and on its way they have no control of your item. Depending on where it was shipped from, it could be still in transit, stuck in customs, lost along the way(fell off a conveyor belt somewhere), package may have gotten damaged and is being repackaged to complete shipping or address labels fell off and lost possibility was stolen...either in transit or off your doorstep. Whenever possible order items that include tracking. If no tracking is available, as others have stated, follow the steps allowed by eBay and Paypal to refund your purchase and try to continue making contact with your seller. eBay does not control the mail.
