hello. i have some issue with a purchase from a us seller...i cannot have update from tracking trough  global shipping since 6 days ...i have communicte with seller but dont want to go to post office to find what going wrong....i have try to reach french speaking people from ebay canada, its impossible to have french help on phone from canada how i can have help in french by phone or email.

Items forwarded through the Global Shipping Program can usually be tracked on this website:

Look up your item with the "UPAA" (or similar) parcel ID you were given. Does it show any more information than what you already have?

If the shipment has been delivered to the GSP plant, neither USPS nor Canada Post will be able to help you.

You should see tracking to Erlanger KY which is the GSP plant.

Then you get a UPAA number when it leaves.

The UPAA number show you when it enters Canada.

Usually it is carried by Canada Post.

What date did it arrive in Erlanger?

What is the UPAA number?

Can the item be imported into Canada ?
