Seller sent me the incorrect item. This seller refuses to acknowledge me. I know it is to late for a refund, however, it is not to late for ebay to pay attention to this situation, they are also refusing to acknowledge me. Shame on me for trusting in this process. I am very disappointed with both ebay and the seller. Buyers Beware, remember you have choices to use other venues to purchase items.

You received an item only it was the wrong one. That is a "not as described" case.

With a NAD case (you have to use the RESOLUTION CENTER to open a claim) the seller is supposed to pay the cost of return shipping. If the cost is really high they may just refund instead.

On eBay a buyer has 30 days after that LAST estimated delivery date to file a claim.

If you have a PayPal account you have 180 days from when you PAID to file a claim using their resolution center. Use the drop down menu under TOOLS. On PP however, the buyer pays return shipping on a NAD claim.

On a credit card only payment you call the customer service number for a chargeback but they also make the buyer return the wrong item at the buyer's expense.

You don't say WHEN you bought the item. If there is still time try clicking on the RESOLUTION CENTER (bottom of the page) to see it the item is there and if so, file the claim.

Or try PayPal. Or the card company.

I am sorry to hear this transaction did not turn out as you hoped.

I would not, however, suggest it's ebay's fault. ebay is home to literally missions of sellers. Don't use the sketchy ones. There are countless others to choose from.
