an item i recently received was not as ordered, when i contacted the seller first he/she wanted more money in order to get what i actually ordered, my reply to that was I wanted my money back.
seller reply to that was "Are you **bleep**ing sick?" and customer service is no help and hard to navigate. so now i have something i didnt want and out the money as well.
so i guess all i can say here is dont buy from them you will get ripped off.

At the bottom of the page there is a link to the resolution center. You can start a return request there. If the item you received was not what was described in the listing the seller will have to pay for return shipping and you will get a refund once they receive the item back.

The Resolution Centre will suggest that you contact the seller.
This is only a suggestion and in any case you have already done that.
Move on to the Dispute and escalate to a Claim as soon as possible.
If the seller does not send you return shipping, he loses the Dispute.
If the seller does not refund you, eBay will and then go after him for their money.
You are also covered by Paypal's Buyer Protection, and if you back your PP account with a credit card, by the card's chargeback service.
Don't leave feedback until you have your refund. EBay does not use feedback to assess seller accounts.
