a lot of sellers have this price option. example is case for phones, list price is go up to 10$ or more
At least let me filter this seller with not fixed price.
If you are on a android phone you will loose hours because you need to click on each item, chose color and phone model to see real price. and are 1000 seller on first pages like this
LET ME FILTER this sellers

The simplest filter is to ignore those sellers.
This is simply poor customer service-- a result of letting the boys play "how complicated can we make this and still do cool coding?"
It will not get better.
Try Searching "Highest Price plus Shipping" and then run down a few dozen listings to your price point.
Your time is worth 18cents a minute (minimum wage here in BC). Any possible money saving is wasted in lost time.

can not ignore
i use android phone and maybe first 50 pages (every page has 50 sellers) are with this price option. Ebay, just make another options like buy it now and auction one with final price or whatever

Can you change your Search to Highest Price rather than the default Best Match?

I believe Op is referring to BIN listings that are multi-SKU. Because they have multiple SKU's and multiple prices, they tend to stay in search results because of the price range. So a seller can place a cheap "accessory" as part of his multi SKU listing for .99 cents to spam searches under a certain price point, enticing customers with a title for the actual item(s) which are more expensive. That's not what the multi SKU setup was intended for from my understanding. The multi SKU is meant for multiple SKU's of a similar product. So if you have 3 widgets in 3 different colors, that would be multi SKU. I would argue that this search spam and manipulation would be a policy violation, but we would need tyler@ebay to give us some insight on that to be sure.

That's what I was thinking. I don't understand those (and like @nickmatine think they are a scam) so I didn't describe them well.
Thank you for clearing that up.
Again, on a mobile, is it possible to use different Searches as we can on computers?
Because switching to Highest Price as I suggested would put those listings at the tail end of the Search, while Best Match and Lowest Price would put them high up.
