Post 602, 'thanking' is saying you appreciate the posting of Falwells words. Falwell would gladly see the war in Iraq continue and take more innocent lives ....albeit those lives are not the great Christians that are more worthy than other human beings in his eyes. Aw...((NIKKI)) Yer so speshul. 🙂 Thanks, luv. Funny thing is, until recently, she was all set to go to law school, then her law teacher gave an assignment to argue a defense for someone they (class) KNEW was guilty in a moot court setting. She did NOT like that!

Awww, seriously, luv, that's awful. Is hubby getting dirty looks from strangers yet? LOL! When I accidentally hit my face on a coffee table a few years ago (aren't we just THE most graceful people? I bent over to pick up a toy off the floor, and whammo!), Hubs & I went to Home Depot one day, and oh, the STARES at me and the nasty looks in his direction made my laugh out loud!

Over the past year you have said there is no proof of the Biblical creation, so I offered proof without comment from you.….I commented plenty, you just didn’t like my answers because I wouldn’t accept those indoctrinated cult views.
You ask again and again the same questions relating to the 10 commandments. I offered an explanation that went without comment from you.… yet again I did reply several times and same reasons as above. If I did miss one of your comments it was only because I may have left the thread for more important aspects in life and my deepest apologies if I didnot entertain your feeling of importance by returning. This may come as a shock to you but your far from the only person in here who posted to someone and the post was missed. Feel better now?
You will not listen ….sure I do but to sane people with open minds who are not fanatics hiding under sheep’s clothing and condemning others who they look down on because they don’t follow some religion there is no proof of except in the minds of the brainwashed. Sorry to break the news to you but there are no facts to substantiate those beliefs and that has been proven by countless people who are unbiased and far more knowledgeable in biblical and historical research….. despite what an ancient book says that has been so mangled and twisted over the centuries by those who wish to control others that it has become the tool used to manipulate whoever they can get a hold on. It’s no secret that ‘those who have the keys to heaven control the earth’….so they make up whatever keys are necessary. The way you find your so-called ‘answers’ is your mind chooses to see what it chooses to see, but alas no real facts. All you have ever spouted are verses from a book which is a tale, on a tale. I know you don’t like to hear that because it shatters your desires, but hey, that’s the way it is. You’ll just have to build a bridge and get over it.

Doesn’t take much for that wool to slip off does it? Ah it’s ok Ralphie I understand. People before me have had to deal with this fanaticism for centuries, enslaved, slaughtered (those problem little Crusades), property stolen, and a few thousand innocent people burnt at the stake. Even Galileo is brought before the Inquisition. Under threat of torture and death, he is forced from his knees to renounce all belief in Copernican theories. He is sentenced to life imprisonment. He dies in 1642 and the charges against him stand for another 350 years. Why? Because he would not believe as he is instructed to. Hitler, a Roman Catholic, is never excommunicated for causing the death of millions; whereas Martin Luther was excommunicated for translating the Bible into German! But these days torture, burnings and slaughter are politically incorrect so the new followers reach for all they have left …calling people nasty little names and comparing them to dust. Then there was that other person who posted bible quotes which encouraged the killing of pagans. Another sad case.
Sad really that people can be that low. You see the thing you can’t grasp is I have nothing against any religion, or Christianity. What I dislike is anyone, or religion that looks down on others and wants to control and control. Do I ask you to believe as I do? NO. And if you, or anyone else said they rejected my beliefs…hey doesn’t bother me. Ahhhh but tell some ‘born agains’ that they don’t or won’t believe and suddenly these blasphemers are dust, swine and assorted other things…..condemned for eternity etc etc etc etc etc. It doesn’t take much to ferret out the control fanatics. People like Falwell and other fanatics, even a guy I’ve heard of in BC. Oh they have the candy in their hand and a massive amount of contradictory verses to spew but their true colours show when someone has the audacity to reject their game!! Some of these people who consider themselves Christ followers haven’t got the faintest idea what it means, as a politician has gotten swept up in his quest for power they too must control or persecute. There are good Christians, people who accept others for who they are and do not condemn or wish to control. Only love comes from them. Far more ‘Christ like’ don’t you think? No Ralph, despite what you have called me (I bet you wish you had some wood and matches eh!) I won’t stoop to your level. Much better ways to handle these matters and I forgive you, for you know not what you do.
