"China is adding carfentanil and three related synthetic opioids to its list of controlled substances effective March 1, China's National Narcotics Control Commission said Thursday."
As has been widely reported, it's Customs searching for this product in mail from China entering Canadian soil which is responsible for delivery estimates being missed by several weeks if not months for Canadian consumers of direct Chinese goods.
