Seller Taking Advantage of COVID-19 CRISIS

- Sold me a defective product,

- won't refund my money,

- purchase no longer traceable in My eBay Purchases, therefore, I can't give a Negative review

- seller asked me to contact him/her using a different private email address,

- doesn't care that the product does not work. Wants to refund only one dollar, when I refused, - ---- then offered two dollars.

- I phoned ebay tonight, but due to COVID-19 eBay is not providing phone support right now. 

  -  the original posting stated that the product ships world wide, now the same posting has changed to say Does Not Ship to Canada, seller changed the listing when I complained. 

- seller no longer contactable and store no longer exists.

ebay protection is good for 30 days after delivery (or delivery estimate).

You should not need to phone ebay if the time limit has not expired  -- you open a I received an item that does not match the seller's description case to get your money back.

How did you pay?

PayPal and your credit card may have protections if the ebay protection time has expired.
