How to receive payment from Ebay

We sold an item , shipped , buyer paid
Ebay says they transferred the money to our account. But payment was never received
Our bank says that eBay's bank "Ayden bank" transaction number is not traceable by them
Called and emailed
Last email says basically they can't help anymore
How can we sue using small claims court

Which bank was it?  Some have problems dealing with eBay.

I assume you gave your bank the bank reference ID (not the "Payout ID") for tracing.

Did you deal with ebay employee who specialize in financial issues? or just regular staff?
