Printing 4x6 format problem on ebay.ca (PC)

When I create a shipping label (with a pc) and set it as 4x6 format, the pdf always comes out 8.5x11 with the 4x6 format on it. Impossible to print the label with a 4x6 printer. The only way it can works now is buying the label directly with the ebay android app and printing it with the phone or sending the pdf created by the app via email.

Any advices with this issue ?

I've had no issues. Just to be clear, you are selecting 4x6 in eBay?

Worse case, you can open PDFs in most image programs (Photoshop or Paint.net for example), then trim the photo to the right size and print it to the label printer. It's not ideal, but might help until you can figure out the issue.
