Are you  the seller?

Did you send something to an Australian buyer?

Did you use a tracked service, like Tracked Package International?

Has your customer opened an Item Not Received dispute?

What date did eBay give the customer as the last estimated date for delivery?

https://www.canadapost.ca/web/en/kb/details.page?article=delivery_times_for_i&cattype=kb&cat=receivi...

Does tracking show the shipment is still in transit?

https://www.canadapost.ca/trackweb/en#/home

Who is saying the shipment is lost? Is it Canada Post or the customer?

It is the seller's responsibility to choose a shipping service that delivers the shipment promptly and safely.

It is not eBay's responsibility to ship anything.

If the package was "lost" or is late, you should be contacting Canada Post who are the ones who you paid to deliver the shipment.

If you find this difficult to understand, try using Google Translate to change it to your first language.

The package was lost and you already refunded the customer?  If the buyer opened a claim and you refunded the, through eBay, you will automatically be credited your final value fee.
