2 Invoices in 2 different currency for the same month

Hello everyone ,

Can  someone please   to refer me to whom contact about my problem .

I got 2 Invoices for April 2019 .

One  Invoice is in $ USD the second one is in $ CDN .Both Invoices are for the same time period Items sold.All items are sold on EBay.com in $ USD .

I called EBay.ca 5 times about my issue , 3 times after spending 30 -  40 minutes Representatives told me I get Call . I waited - never happened .

4 one told me will send Information by Mail  never received nothing .

5 one wasn't know to help it was confusing for her , my phone battery went out .

On my Invoice in $ USD I have some cancelation fees  to pay - I didn't cancel anything .

On Invoice in $ CDN I'm charge twice for Basic Store Subscr., I'm also charge on Invoice in

$ USD .Tax & Montly Fees apply on both Invoices .

There is no any help from 5 EBay.ca  CS Workers .

Whom I need to contact to fix that mess EBay did it ?

All items are sold on EBay.com in $ USD .

Some of your current listings are on .ca and some are on .com so some will be on a US Dollar Invoice and some on a CA Dollar invoice.

If you just signed up for a Store you are billed for the current month and in advance for the next month.

 All my Invoices & Fees are in $USD  for many years as we Canadian Sellers are not able to sell on other EBay Sites in our currency . I don't have  even 1 item sold on EBay.ca   for long time .

There is ONLY one Invoice   in one valute  even we sell on more EBay Sites .

3 Times charged for Store !
