A Complete Mess with Duplicated listings

Any one else having any issues when you go to relist an 'unsold / not relisted' item and relist it -- finding that it is showing / listing items that have actually been sold? I have had a BAD day today -- re-sold 3 items and have found a total of 14 duplicated listings -- and I have only checked on about 150 of my over 1000 listings 😞 Can we say BAD DAY????

Oh lordie, not again!

It may help to put your listings in alphabetical order.

Then the duplicates jump out at you. No memory required.

You do that by going to your Active list and clicking on Title.

Best of luck.

Of course, having now looked at your listings, this does work better (as does Search) if you actually identify each different lot with something Searchable.

Like the country the coin comes from? Or the face value ? Or the date?

YMMV.

But you have 80 free keystrokes for your titles and they are your best advertising. Free advertising.

Do you by chance use the Automated Relist feature? I've noticed that it says things are Not Relisted when, in fact, they are.
