Buyer abusing ebay's buyers protection program!!!???

Hello, I recently sold a logitech MX air mouse, and specified that returns are not accepts and sales are final. Also specified the accessories which it lacked and everything that came in the box. I also asked buyers to message me IF in doubt... Buyer, apparently did not read the full description and realized it had some accessories missing. Then opened an ebay claim saying the item isn't working...I tried suggesting solutions, such as refunding part of the mount, so he could buy 1 of the 2 missing accessories and instead of investing 15-20$ to ship it back to me, he would rather use that money for the 2nd missing accessory to make the mouse actually function. Mouse was fully tested before shipping and worked fine. Buyer still refuses suggestions and keep acting childish. I offered a refund for the item only without the shipping rates, cause I paid 16$ to ship it to him, still buyer refuses this option. What to do in this case??? I am 100% sure he doesn't own the wireless usb receiver  and charging cord ( 2 items missing that I stated in the auction) and is just **bleep** off cause he thought he could get a 300$+ mouse for 50$ with all the accessories that came with it.

I mean I can make an exception and refund the item price ONLY, once i receive it, because I do not want to lose 16$.

Thanks in advance for any wise suggestions.

No matter what you say in your listings, the reality is that on eBay no sales are final. I'd eat the $16 loss and refund in full with the buyer paying the return shipping. If you don't it is likely eBay/paypal refund the buyer anyway if he files a case and you will get a negative and trashed dsrs. A nasty buyer might even make sure it does not work and you could receive a damaged item back. Better to take a $16 loss.

Return for Refund you pay shipping or let him file claim then you can opt for him to pay return shipping and he will have to if he wants his money back ..

Second option would have you run the risk of neg feedback and possibly receiving an empty box well buyter keeps item rips you off and says have a nice day with a big NEG
