when i go to sold listings/items and drop down menu in selling manager/hub, to hit contact buyer, usually a box is given to type your message. Now it just takes me back to inbox messages.

That's been happening quite a bit. If you go into the item and then go to order details, click on contact buyer from there and hopefully it will work.
