Am I allowed to sell plastic chops sticks or is it against eBay health and safety policies? It's hard to say if they are new or used as no visible scratches, dents, etc. I will sell them as used so I don't risk any bad feedback or screwing up, but they appear new to me. I'd rather just play it safe being new and all. I also machine washed and sterilized them. Thanks for the help!!!

Why not? Folks sell cutlery, plates, cups, etc.

I'd stay away from the used ones, but the new ones should sell.
Not sure how you're going to fare against Chinese goods on this, though. They do have the cache.

There should be no problem with plastic chopsticks, which most restaurants use and run through the commercial dishwasher.
Wood or bamboo would be problematical.
Try it. If they won't list, you have your answer.
Chopsticks are collectible? Who knew?
I brought you some supper but if you'd prefer a lecture, I've a few very catchy ones prepped...sin and hellfire... one has lepers. - Derrial Book

Personally I would never buy used chopsticks on line, however much they've been sterilized! Also, can you beat China for new ones for apx. $2.50 with free shipping?

I like to try to use chopsticks in Chinese restaurants. The Chinese find it highly entertaining.
