Can we sell on eBay UK and eBay Australia?

Yes.

You must list in the local currency.

You must ship to that country.

You must give the location of the product*, not your own location.

You must use Flat Rate Shipping from an International Location.

You can list in English even if that is not the language of the site you are listing in, but it is at the very least, a courtesy to list in the local language.

*This is most important if you are dropshipping from a supplier who is not in Canada or in the country where you are listing.

We can list on ebay UK, I list there occasionally. I have an individual non store ebay Canada account, currently qualify for 1,000 free listing in the UK. I believe business accounts are treated differently because of the British VAT. Log in to the ebay.co.uk/sh/ovw to see what's up ... they'll either allow logon or not. If you can logon check out the promotions pane.

I can log in. Also years ago I sold a few things on both (UK stamps on the UK site and Australian ones on the Australian site).

It is because of the 1k  free listings that I am interested in the UK site. 

I used to put up inexpensive items when there was a free listing offer but with no turbolister I will no longer list anything that cannot say up.
