Canada Post August 2020 rate changes

The Canada Post discount online shipping promo for levels 1, 2 and 3 Solutions for Small Business members has ended.

Fuel surcharge will see an increase on Monday, August 3 (after 6 months of dropping).

In Canada will see an increase from 3% to 4.5% (up 1.5%)

Out of country will rise 0.75%

So, if you have sales this weekend, buy the shipping labels before EST midnight on Sunday.

UGH, wish i saw this yesterday! Oh well, saves me some paper, ink and hassle on the website. I'll be doing all my shipments at the counter again!

Sorry, what is the shipping promo that is being removed? I see my Savings Level is still under my account, so not sure what exactly this promo is?

I shipped an item this morning to USA that increased around 25 cents from the last time I shipped it.

Canada Post had temporarily decreased the shipping rate within Canada for the past 2 or 3 months.

For me it is a lot more hassle to buy a label at the counter vs doing it online.  Plus, it can be slightly less expensive online.
