Cancel transaction option gone...

I sold an item on the weekend and am ready to mail this morning (Monday).

Now buyer opened up a return request for a changed my mind reason. I have not yey mailed.

Now since the request was made the cancel transaction option is gone. I only have:

"elect a reply

Accept the return

Contact the buyer to work out return shipping details. Wait to get the item back before you refund the buyer.

Give a full refund

You fully refund the buyer to close this request. The buyer keeps the item.

Offer a partial refund

You have one chance to offer an amount. The buyer keeps the item.

Decline the return

This will automatically close the buyer's request.

Send the buyer a message

You can reply to the buyer."

What do I do in order to make sure I get my eBay fees back? If I refund will I get my fees back?

The seller link  leads to select item to cancel. Cicking it says item already cancled but the item still shows as as to be shipped.

If I select refund and buyer can keep item (even though thay do not have it) will my selling fees be refunded?

Yes, your selling fees will be refunded if you refund without requiring a return.  

If you have already printed a label you will need to void it.
