Thought two of my unsold listings were reasonably priced as compared to what others have sold for. I tried one auction and offers got offer from buyer for $40 and saw they sold similar for over $100. As my items are fragile only offered sale to Canada & US. Should I be offering to other countries? Should I be paying for all extras eBay offers like bold title etc.? Auction only not best way to sell? Do you relist immediately? Appreciate any criticism and advice so can make listings desirable and saleable. Thank you.

I tried one auction
Don't.
Auctions are little more than a branding exercise for eBay. Over 85% of transactions are Fixed Price.
Even auctions usually include a Buy It Now option.
Should I be offering to other countries?
No.
The USA is the largest single economy in the world. (The EU is larger, but made up of many countries.)
And if you list here on dotCA, you have to ship domestically.
Should I be paying for all extras eBay offers like bold title etc.?
NO!!!!
Every one of those is a waste of money. Sub-titles are not Searchable. Design is only seen when the customer has already found you. Bold is overused.
EBay is your landlord not your friend. Be skeptical of their suggestions.
Do you relist immediately?
Occasionally DH wants me to list something for him at auction. When it doesn't sell-- which is usually-- I wait a week or two before relisting.
With Fixed Price/Immediate Payment, I set my price and the listing is live for 30 days or until someone pays for it. If it doesn't sell it will relist automatically.
New sellers usually have a limit on the number and/or value of their listings. Why run a seven day Auction when you have a limited number of listings? It makes more sense to make them Fixed Price and have them available for a month.
BTW. Did those other listings sell or were they just listings? What differences did you see between your items and theirs (new/new in box/used/for parts). While feedback is not used by eBay to assess your account, many buyers use it as a guide to trustworthiness.
It may help to do some buying from sellers who leave FB on shipment.

Thank you helpful reply. How do you personally ask for positive feedback when none left as happened to my last three sales ...no feedback even though I left positive for the buyers.

NEVER ask for feedback.
Your best bet is to get feedback from buying. Things you need around the house, homemade jam (a seller named "nan*55" is where I get mine), a pair of earrings. Just look to see that the seller leaves lots of FB and that she doesn't advertise that she only leaves FB after the buyer. Which strikes me as unfriendly and unprofessional.

The shipping service you use is your choice, since it reflects your assessment of risk.
But you have a $79.99 coin necklace that you will ship for $12.99 and a $20.24 plush bunny that you will ship for $31.64.
Do you have a digital scale and a tape measure? It is not a good idea to guess at weight and dimensions.
Here is the Canada Post rates page. While we get some discounts with our Solutions for Small Business number, it's best to show think in terms of those rates since the customer cannot see the additional taxes, fuel fees, and packaging costs we have.

Appreciate any all suggestions thanks.
Clemobooks do you do your shipping through Canada Post using snap ship? Best to do that or Pay pal, or Shippo? I absolutely have been guessing as see so many listings actually sell for few dollars and huge S & H. Postage is the hard part for eBay casual user.
Have 6" x 8 " cardboard mailer going to Ontario. 10 grams weight and 3/4 inch tick - value sold for $30. Would you just use tracking or a signature? How would you have listed postage? I charged $7 flat fee.

Have learned the hard way to pay more attention to shipping costs they are a killer. Learned Shippo is just USA, if I am right Snap Ship using business discount is cheaper than ebay and pay pal shipping.
