Charging canadian sales tax

Hello,

I've been trying to set up my sales tax, for some reason ebay has never charged any for my Canadian buyers. I have my tax number on my account and the tax table properly set up. I called ebay today and they couldn't figure out why it wasn't working. Am I missing a step somewhere? Should I press "enable" somewhere?

If you've set your tax table percentages up that's great! However, you also need to enable your listings to use the tax table. 

You can do that by revising your active listings and checking the 'Charge sales tax' checkbox (pic below).
