"Order Service temporarily unavailable or invalid parameters in the request URL."
Ebay's site, their URL so "MAYBE" they should fix their "invalid parameters"
I have no idea if the invoice went through.
Never in my life have I seen a company the size of ebay do such a good job on a daily basis of "shooting themselves in the foot" talk about setting up for failure.

Did you receive a copy of said invoice in your email?
Does the Sales Record log of message communications show one was sent at the time and date you tried to send it?
The only time I have ever been greeted with the error you cite on Send Invoice is when the buyer has been simultaneously paying as I was invoicing them.

That's good.
Im not at my desk right now but when I get back I'll screenshot to you here what I mean. It's handy to use.

Okay. Here we go.... to send a copy to yourself of an invoice.....
1. Go to Waiting for Payment and pick your item and go to the drop-down menu and Send or Resend Invoice:
2. Now you're looking at the invoice, go to the bottom of the page. Check the box that says to copy it to you:
3. Go back to your Sales Record in Sales Manager Summary and look under Sale Statius and Notes:
4. Click the numeral and it will take you to what email went and when it did:
There used to be an automatic reminder that went after 48 hours but it seems to have been discontinued by ebay.
5. Double-check your email inbox:
Like I said initially, the only time that I've ever seen the error message you cited was when the buyer was in the process of submitting payment at the moment I was trying to invoice them.

Oh, and in case any eagle eyes notice it, I didn't do the screenshots in sequential order, that's the reason the last invoice I sent here doesn't show up on the Sale Status List of Emails as having been emailed. It's there now.
