You can not set it up like that if you sell on .ca ..
You can always do like I do once a year I take $1000 and give it to 1-3 charities ..
Make it known in listing you donate to charity if you'd like..
Personally I donate to either sick kids or animal shelters simply because those are the 2 areas I feel that those people and animals don't have options they did nothing to end up where they are it was just the cards that were dealt ...
I used to donate to Crime stoppers every year then I got spme speeding tickets and had a change of heart LOL ..

I was wondering how to add "GIVING WORKS" to my EBay listings. I see you posted that it is not yet available in Canada. Any news on that? Also, I wondering if we sell "Internationally" if we can add it to our listing, and if so, can we add it even after we have listed an item by "revising". How would one do that? This is such a great idea and I am sure a lot of EBay members would love being part of such a great program....

In order to use the Giving Works ribbon you have to be giving a portion of the sale to the specific charities in that program. It looks as if they are American charities so as mentioned earlier, you would probably have to list on ebay.com.
Apparently there are other ways to contribute to charities on ebay. This page might give you more information. http://pages.ebay.ca/help/policies/fundraising.html

I suppose then that Giving Works donations would not be tax deductible in Canada since they are all US charities?
