I have no idea why I'm no longer receiving free 500 auctions each month, I had been receiving this offers for years and now nothing. I can't receive a decent answer or help by calling ebay because i get someone in India who has no clue, is there a number I can talk to someone in Canada and figure out what's going on. I have above standard sales and it's ridiculous it just stopped.
Can anyone tell me when the last offer was given to sellers by email?

I Haven't received that offer since, October. And you can't count on them, they seem to disperse the free listing offers, willy-nilly.. I am sure they would love for you to list as many as you can, and then let you pay full price when your listings renew.. If you are starting a business, i would recommend checking out a store subscription, and see if it makes sense for what you are trying to accomplish .. You pay lower final value fees, and you know how may listings you get each month. Plus you aren't waiting on free listings that may never come..

All eBay promotions are for the benefit of eBay.
Auctions are part of eBay's brand and they are one of the few remaining generalist online auction sites.
Even so, Auctions are less than 15% of listings, and most of those sellers add a Buy It Now option. Anecdotally, buyers are happily paying more to get their items immediately, at the price they want to pay, rather than waiting ten days to be sniped. And most Auctions do end with a single bidder or with a sniper.
In holiday season buyers are even more anxious, so Auctions would take up browser space without leading to more sales.
You could have a lot more Free Listings than you are using however.
You not only have 50 Free Listings on dotCA but another 50 Free on dotCOM.

Don't rely on the emails! I haven't been receiving the emails for years, but there are STILL listing promos happening semi-regularly. Check this forum regularly. We just had a couple 500 free listing promos in the last couple months and when you click the link you may still qualify even when you didn't receive an email.
