Found payment from the same buyer for 2 identical items in our paypal account. payment was made in 2 separate transactions. If the customer purchase 2 quantity of the same item, the 2nd item shipping would have been reduced.
In our email we see 2 separate emails from paypal but we didn't receive anything from ebay. We allways get 2 emails. 1. item sold and 2. payment received.
Something peculiar here, anyone have any experiance with anything like this in the past?
