HAHAHAHAHA - Caught the SCAMMER!

So, buyer opens a case asking for a refund, 10 business days after I ship, stating item not received.

Of course they do this because they see I sent the item Small Packet Air (untracked).

I respond to the claim with the "UR" tracking number - and it worked!!!!

Package delivered on Dec. 27th!!!

So now she's gonna "ask the neighbors" if they have her package.

If it was (ahem, claimed to be) stolen, who's liable?

HAHAHAHAHA - Caught the SCAMMER!

I just had the same thing happen to me yesterday. One of my buyers from the US asked if I had a tracking number for her item as it had not arrived.  I had sent it small packet without tracking as the item was very cheap. But I remembered to keep a copy of the UR-----CA number on the label. I added that number on the sold listing & it showed that it was delivered on Mar 9/20. Also read the buyer's feedback & noticed they mentioned that another item they bought got lost because it had no tracking. So looks like they have tried this before. Needless to say, I added them to my blocked list. Wondering if I should report them or not too.

You have only two examples of transactions that may have been scams.

But eBay can see the transactions where no feedback was left.

There will be no blowback on you for Reporting a possible problem. There will be no blowback on the customer if there is no proveable scamming.

But if there is reasonable proof, eBay can refuse further Money Back Guarantee coverage or even close the account.
