Hi! The case was lost due to the transit between Canada and USA transit period. Pay pal refunded the amount $306 to the buyer and the item value costed over $506 on my collected stamp displaying bid with eBay. I feel that the item should be returned to me in good condition on my tracking number RW736384902CA not the unreasomable on my claim for $47.16 with no secure on my registered mail.

I couldn't believe registered mail ended this way. EBay and Pay pal should protect the seller fairly.

When I check the listings you have sold in the last three months, I only see small value (typically $0.99 to $10 with afew exception; never anything over $100)

I have no idea if the seller is saying that the package was received by the buyer or not but if the buyer did put in an item not received claim, they would likely have won because the item is more than $250 and there is no online signature provided for registered mail going out of Canada.
