I would like ebay to perform extra checks for sellers from high risk shipping countries.
When ordering from these countries listed below many times I have experienced my credit card being compromised by unauthorized charges when using both credit card or pay pal.
For example: when ordering an item then seeing extra chargers on my credit card in foreign countries for: taxi services,hotels, pizza places, dating websites, etc. Then the credit card needs to be canceled.
High list countries that I have experienced compromised credit card on more than one occasion:
Turkey
Bulgaria
Russia
Not trying to bash the countries above ,but it's an issue.
List your countries that you consider high risk.
