eBay sent me an offer of next 5 items listed would cost just 1 dollar each to list and sell.
But i missed some of the specifics of the offer and my items did not qualify for any discounts.
I asked eBay to resend the offer after I learned how to use it ...but they refused .... not nice !
How do i get seller discounts , i need a way to help offset the horrible 20 percent final value fee eBay charges me on invoice every month.

Those "special" listing offers are for a limited time -- eBay does not reissue an expired offer. The last $1 offer required activating the offer and listing 5 items on ebay.CA -- and then waiting until the qualified items sold. https://community.ebay.ca/t5/Seller-Central/Sell-for-1-Offer-Mar-8-to-Mar-10-2019/m-p/420004
If selling on ebay.CA your maximum FVF should be 10% (unless your account is not up to standard and gets charged the extra 4% penalty) plus sales tax. So max of 11.5% (16.1% with penalties) assuming 15% HST and no store.
Top Rated Seller status will give you a 10% discount on the selling FVF.
If selling coins, having a store will knock your selling FVF down to 6.15%

If you include your shipping costs in your asking price, the shipping FVF reduces to 0%.
eg You charge $10 +$5 shipping for an item.
You pay $1.00FVF and $0.50 shipping FVF.
You charge $15+Free Shipping for an item.
You pay $1.50 FVF and no shipping FVF.
If you are in a reduced FVF category (like coins) the FVF on the same sale would be $0.62.
