I am sure this has been answered in the past but haven't seen any recent posts. Can someone tell me the steps to bulk edit my handling times. Always had it as one business day. But with this postal strike messing everything up, I need to change my handling times for much longer. Been considering closing my store or putting it on vacation. Also considering using Chitchats Express as I think there is one in Vancouver that isn't too far away. Thanks

Can be done via Seller Hub by bulk editing your active listings (Listings --> active).

Thanks, that was easy. Only problem is that by changing the handling time, it got rid of all my sale promotion items. Seems like you can't change anything on a sale item without it cancelling it.

Yes, eliminating markdowns has been an unintended consequence (bug) of altering handling times for years. (I post about it every year or two, sometimes more than once.) Changing your handling time will also wipe clean all your auto-accept and auto-decline settings on Best Offer on any of your listings with Make an Offer enabled. If you use Best Offer (as I do now) you will start getting lowball offers on everything under the sun because your settings are gone. But there's no sense in taking the time to fix them until your handling time is set back again to normal. Whenever normal might return.

Is it possible they fixed the Best Offer auto decline feature? Just updated handling and did a couple of random checks and best offers seemed to be functioning okay. Knock on CanadaPost Storage Containers!!!

Were your items on sale at the time?

If the item has a markdown that gets knocked off by shifting the handling time, the auto-settings on Best Offer will also disappear. If it's an item without a markdown, Best Offer auto-settings will be left alone. I wrote a whole thread about this the other day, I'll be back with the link.

I've tried markdowns 3 or 4 times. Never a nibble so gave them up. Thanks. Atleast, now I don't have to worry about going in and fixing each one individually.
