Hi. I accidentally deleted sold items of my seller hub, is there any way to undelete them? Luckily those items are shipped but i really would like to keep them in my sold items list, to keep tracking what i sold and for which price...
I seen in my overview that the amount of those items have even been deducted of my last 90 days total amount... I hope it won't create any issue
I did researchs on google and found a few methods, but none works. I guess they are outdated. Anyone knows how to do it?

Everything i read says that we're supposed to have a ''deleted'' section in our selling hub, but:
Unless i'm blind there's none. I checked everywhere. Deleting those items even deducted their amount gained to the ''top seller'' achievement countdown.
I'm scratching my head right now...
I still can see them in my seller account > recent transactions, but no option to recover. It does not makes sense ebay remove the amount gained to my counts

There is an archive feature but I believe that works differently than delete. You may have to contact eBay CS and ask if it would be possible to refresh that setting for you. No guarantees.

I did chat with the support. Actually i had no option for it cause i needed to upgrade to seller hub. I'm not even sure what it is and what it involve but he told me to do it, and yeah from there you can go in the orders > archived > move to sold view
If ever someone search for it in the future
What a pain for such a simple feature

Can you get to here, under the 'payment' tab then click on 'reports'
You can generate your own monthly reports here (you have to manually do by selecting the dates you want I recommend monthly) if you want to keep track of sales and expenses this is where to go. I do my book keeping from these files. Only takes a small knowledge of excel to use.
I would recommend printing a hard copy of your sales invoices, make a habit of doing so after each sale. File them away.
